Looking for a Data Integrity Specialist to handle high call volumes, emails, and chats regarding Membership, MLS fees, and compliance inquiries. Must excel in de-escalating situations, compliance, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and acting as a point of escalation for cross-departmental issues. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid (remote for the first 3 months) schedule and $20/hour pay.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding Membership, MLS fees, listings, and compliance.
• Respond promptly to a high volume of emails and chats.
• Assist upset customers and de-escalate situations effectively.
• Manage multiple email folders and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Act as a point of escalation for customer issues from other departments.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Flexibility to work hybrid schedule.
